“Spire Electrical were most recently contracted for the Electrical Services at an extremely difficult residential conversion of an existing commercial heritage office/ warehouse in Darlinghurst. To say they did a successful job on this job would be a gross understatement. The quality of the work is second to none. Buyers of the units have made particular mention on the quality of lighting and we are yet to receive one complaint or request for repair for Electrical Work in the building. Their knowledge with lighting and technology of how quickly things can change is invaluable in the process of development and construction.

Always throughout the job the Directors are accessible, informed, and on top of their employees. The guys on site are always willing to take instruction as well as being extremely friendly and have a great ability to coordinate and be comfortable working close to all other trades. Tendering is a mere formality for Spire as they easily win every job we send them to price. They are always willing to help on
anything big or small before the contract is awarded which is extremely valuable in my eyes.”
