A bespoke strata tenancy fitout complete with exposed ceiling ductwork and bamboo flooring.

Boody’s new fitout required a complete redesign of lighting and power to suit the client’s unique activity based working style.  The work required the installation and reconfiguration of new and existing exposed cable management designed by Spire Electrical.

The project was completed on time and in budget with a particular focus on minimising disruption to adjacent tenancies.  Much of the work was completed outside of normal operating hours to accommodate for the challenging work environment.
